All orders are processed same day, unless order size is in pallets (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Minimum Order amount is £60, we continue promote a free delivery policy for all orders unless an exceptional circumstances permits a service charge.
Possible service charges will occur for agreed orders under £60.
Pallets deliveries for export purposes and or storage costs incurred due to unfulfilled deliveries where it is not Direct Wholesale Foods responsibility.
In-store pickup
Local Pick-up from our depot is currently unavailable due to the current pandemic.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping:
We can provide a commercial invoice for you and/or a 3rd party courier of your choice if you wish to ship internationally.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Direct Wholesale Foods is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
We do not offer a specified timed delivery drop, all orders will be delivered between 6am – 6pm on the date stated when your order is placed.
If you haven’t received your order by 6pm on the same day, please contact us at info@directwholesalefoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Alternatively you can call our office on 0208 550 4468 or the rep that placed your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 24hrs after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and Packaging, and we will credit the full item/order amount minus the shipping costs for the return to your account.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please speak to the delivery driver at the time or call us as soon as possible on 0208 550 4468 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All refunds are issued as credit notes to the corresponding Accounts.
